Our service center will contact you regarding console pick-up. Send us your console only. Remember to remove the hard drive, accessories, and any discs in the console before you pack it.

Step 4: We'll exchange your product

Once you receive the replacement product, take it home, set it up and get back in the game!

Post-service warranty

The length of the post-service warranty depends on whether we service your non-working Xbox product while it's under warranty.

  • In-warranty service: If we service your Xbox 360 console within the original warranty period (free exchange), you'll receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
  • Out-of-warranty service: If we service your Xbox 360 console after the original warranty period (paid exchange), your serviced console will have a 90-day warranty.
