Set up the AOL On app

To install and use the AOL On app on your console, you need:

• An Xbox LIVE Gold Membership.
• At least 120 megabytes (MB) of available storage space.

1. On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. (Xbox LIVE Gold Membership is required.)
2. Go to Apps and select Browse Apps.
3. Browse for “AOL On.”
4. Select AOL On to download and install the app.
5. After the download, the app automatically starts, and you can browse through the catalog and view details about the available content.

To start AOL On later, go to TV & Video, My Video Apps, and then AOL On.

From the Featured hub, you can:

• Watch any of the featured programs displayed in the center of the hub.
• Catch up on your Favorites.
• View all content.
• Navigate to the News hub to watch the latest news content.
• Navigate to the Channel hub to sort your content by Entertainment, News, Technology, and Food and Home.
• Select something to watch, and then select Play.

If you use Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched through Xbox LIVE, the AOL On app will follow these settings. For example, if you prohibit TV-MA-rated TV shows from being watched on your console, those programs will be marked with a "restricted video" icon in the AOL On app. To play a locked item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
