If content does not play smoothly in the Crunchyroll app, you may be experiencing a connectivity problem. See Issues with connection speed or disconnects.

If the Crunchyroll app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here’s how:
If you keep getting this error, contact Xbox Support.
You may receive one of the following error messages when you try to use the Crunchyroll app.
If there’s no problem with Xbox LIVE and you receive one of these error messages when trying to launch the Crunchyroll app, wait approximately one minute and then try launching the app again. If after re-launching the app you receive one of these error messages, try deleting and then reinstalling the app.
If you continue to receive one of these error messages, see Improve Xbox LIVE Speed and try to improve your connection speed.
If none of these solutions work, contact Xbox Support.
If you receive one of these error messages, it means there's a problem with your Crunchyroll account. Crunchyroll offers the following three types of paid accounts for a subscription fee:
The paid account that a user signs up for determines which content the user can watch using the Crunchyroll app. Users who don't have a subscription must visit www.crunchyroll.com/xbox to sign up for one of these accounts.

Note Any recently viewed content should be displayed by selecting the History tile on the Queue hub.
Note When you select a piece of content to watch, you should be given the choice to add it to your content queue by using the Add to Queue tile.
If your content viewing history is not being displayed, or if after adding content to your queue you don't see it in My Queue, contact Crunchyroll at their Contact Us page to notify them of the error.
If you receive one of these error messages, return to the prior menu app and select a different piece of content to watch. To notify Crunchyroll about one of these errors, go to the Crunchyroll Contact Us page.
