Set up the IGN App

To watch IGN on your console, you need:

• An Xbox LIVE Gold Membership
• At least 75 megabytes (MB) of available storage space

1. On you console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag (Xbox LIVE Gold Membership required).
2. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps
3. Browse for IGN
4. Select IGN to download and install the app.
5. Once downloaded, the IGN App automatically starts, and you can browse through the catalog and view details of available content.

To start IGN later, go to Video, My Video Apps and select IGN.

1. From the featured hub, you can:
1. Watch one of the featured programs displayed in the center of the hub.
2. Navigate to previews, reviews, guides, shows or settings
3. View the most popular releases or IGN Live content on the IGN service
2. Select something that you want to watch, and then select Play.

If you are using Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched, IGN content follows these settings. For example, if you prohibit TV-MA-rated TV shows from being watched on your console, those programs will appear in the IGN app with a "restricted video" icon. To play a locked item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
