Troubleshoot the Kinect Sesame Street TV app on Xbox LIVE
The Kinect Sesame Street TV app does not respond
Delete the Kinect Sesame Street TV app and download it again. To do this:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
- Select Storage.
- Select your primary storage device (most likely Xbox 360 Hard Drive).
- Select Games and Apps.
- Find and select any items that refer to Kinect Sesame Street TV.
- Select Delete.
- Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
- Go to Browse Apps, and then select Kinect Sesame Street TV.
- Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

Your console may have become disconnected from Xbox LIVE. First make sure that your gamertag is signed in. Here’s how:
- Press the Xbox Guide button.
- You should see your gamertag. If you don’t see it there, when you select Home you’ll see the Sign In option. Select that option, and then select your gamertag.
- If your gamertag is signed in but you are not connected, you will see Connect to Xbox LIVE as the second option after you select Home.
- Select Connect to Xbox LIVE.

This issue may occur for one of the following reasons:
- There is a temporary billing service problem on Xbox LIVE.
- There is an issue that affects your Xbox LIVE account.
- Retry the purchase immediately. Some temporary issues in the billing service can be corrected by trying to make the purchase again. If the previous purchase was not completed successfully, you will not be charged Microsoft Points again.
- Retry the purchase in 24 to 72 hours.
- If the previous solutions don’t resolve the error, contact Xbox Support to research any issues that may affect your account. This is especially true if you are buying different pieces of content. For support contact information, see the "Additional support" section.
