Troubleshoot the Last.fm app on Xbox LIVE

If the Last.fm app doesn't respond to input, delete and reinstall it. Here’s how:

1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Xbox 360 Hard Drive).
4. Select Games and Apps.
5. Find and select any items that refer to "Last.fm."
6. Select Delete.
7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
8. Go to Browse Apps, and then select Last.fm.
9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

If you keep getting this error, contact Xbox Support.

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the Last.fm app

• Sorry, Last.fm isn't available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.
  If you get this error message, go to Service status to check for current problems with Xbox LIVE or the Last.fm app. If there are no problems and you get the error when you start the Last.fm app, wait about a minute and then try to start the app again.
  If you still get the error message, try deleting and then reinstalling the app.
  If you continue to get this error message, see Improve Xbox LIVE speed and try to improve your connection speed.
  If none of these solutions work, contact Xbox Support.

  If you get this error message, return to the previous menu app and select a different item to listen to.
