Troubleshoot Manga Entertainment issues

You might hit the following error when you try to watch a program with the Manga Entertainment app:

Content Not Available

The video is not currently available, please try again later.

If you get this error, do the following:

• Wait and try playing the program again later
• Select a different program to watch

You might get the following error when you try to download the Starz Manga catalog:

Error

Failed to acquire the Starz Manga catalog.

In this case, do the following:

• Select the Try Again option to again try to download the Starz Manga catalog.
• Exit the app and try again later.
• Check the status of the Manga Entertainment service.

If the Manga Entertainment app does not respond to input, delete the app and download it again:

1. On the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Xbox 360 Hard Drive).
4. Select Games and Apps.
5. Find and select any items that refer to Manga Entertainment.
6. Delete those items.
7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
8. Go to Apps and then Browse Apps and select Manga Entertainment.
9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the Manga Entertainment app.
