Set up the Maxim app on Xbox

To use the Maxim app, you need the following:

• An Xbox LIVE Gold membership
• At least 120 megabytes (MBs) of available space

1. On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. (Xbox LIVE Gold Membership is required.)
2. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
3. Browse for Maxim app.
4. Select Maxim to download and install the app. After the download, the app automatically starts, and you can browse through the catalog and view details about the available content.

To start the Maxim app later, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then Maxim.

1. Go to Video, My Video Apps, and then Maxim.
2. Select a hub that has topics that interest you:

1. featured - Watch any of the featured programs displayed on this hub.
2. girls – Features the women of Maxim, recorded during their photo shoots.
3. funny – Features short comedic clips.
4. original Series – Features reoccurring short clip series in your favorite categories.
5. channels – Features your favorite topics covered in Maxim Magazine, such as, Girls, Funny, Entertainment, Tech, Sports, Vices, Military, and Upkeep.

3. Navigate to content that interest you, or use the Search hub to find additional content.

4. Select something to watch and Share your choices through Facebook or just select Watch Now.

If you use Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched through Xbox LIVE, the Maxim app will not start when a child account is signed in, unless the Family Settings pass code is entered. To edit these settings, an adult must change the Social Network Sharing privacy settings.
