Set up the Mustang Customizer app

To set up and use the Mustang Customizer app, you need:

• An Xbox LIVE Gold Membership
• At least 75 megabytes (MB) of available storage space
• A Facebook account is required to have a garage or compete in battles

On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
Go to Apps and select Apps Marketplace.
Browse for Mustang Customizer.
Select Mustang Customizer to download and install the app.

After the download is complete, the app automatically starts, and you can browse through the catalog and view details about the available content.

To start the Mustang Customizer app later, go to Video, My Video Apps, and then Mustang Customizer.

To take full advantage of the Mustang Customizer app, you need to have a Facebook account. If you don't have a Facebook account, go to Facebook and follow the instructions to set one up.

If you've previously signed in to Facebook through the integrated experience on your Xbox 360 console, your Facebook credentials are integrated with your Xbox LIVE account and will automatically sign you in. If you've never shared a post from within an Xbox LIVE app or while setting a beacon, you'll have to sign in to Facebook.

• To make sure you’re signed in to Facebook: at the Customizer hub, click Please Login to Facebook.


1. Enter the email address or user name associated with your Facebook account.
2. Enter your Facebook password.
3. Select Sign In.
4. On the You’re Connected screen, select OK.

At the Customizer hub, the Please Login to Facebook tile is now replaced with the Most wins ever tile.

After you enter the user name and password the first time, you won't have to enter them again. This association and integration will carry across all of your Xbox 360 experiences and allow you to share the following with other Xbox LIVE users on Facebook:

• Beacons
• Achievements
• Game and app details

To remove the Facebook account link or Xbox LIVE access, go to Facebook and edit your privacy settings to remove access to Xbox LIVE and any game and app titles that have also been granted access. This is standard for Facebook wall posting across their ecosystem.

If you use Family Settings to control what you share through Xbox LIVE, the Mustang Customizer app will follow the settings you've established. For example, if you prohibit Social Network Sharing on your console, the Mustang Customizer app will allow a user to customize a car but will not allow a user to store the car in his or her garage or battle against other cars. To edit these settings, an adult must edit the Social Network Sharing privacy settings.
