Troubleshoot NBA Game Time issues

To resolve this issue, delete the NBA Game Time app and download it again.

1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Xbox 360 Hard Drive).
4. Select Games and Apps.
5. Find and select any items that refer to NBA Game Time.
6. Select Delete.
7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
8. Select Apps, Browse Apps, and then NBA Game Time.
9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

• NBA Game Time has encountered an unexpected error.

To resolve these issues, try the following solution:

1. Go to the Service Status page to check if there’s a current issue with the service provider.
2. If there is no issue with the service provider and you get this error when you try to start the NBA Game Time app, wait for about a minute and then try to start the app again.
3. If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the NBA Game Time app (see the "The NBA Game Time app does not respond" section).
4. If these steps didn’t resolve your problem, contact Xbox Support.
