Set up the NBA Game Time app

1. On you console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. (Xbox LIVE Gold Membership is required.)
2. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
3. Browse for NBA Game Time.
4. Select NBA Game Time to download and install the app.
5. After the download is completed, the app automatically starts, and you can browse through the catalog and view details about the available content.

To start NBA Game Time later, go to TV & Movies, My Video Apps, and then NBA Game Time. Or, take advantage of our new Sports hub, which is on the second tile down on the right side of the Home hub.

1. When you start the NBA Game Time app, you are prompted to select whether you want to enter the app with the scores on or off. This will help to keep from spoiling the excitement of games you have not watched.

2. Selecting League Central lets you:

1. Select the games of the day.
2. Select the game calendar to see who is playing who in the coming days and months.
3. Select the Stats and Standings to see a breakdown of the League Leaders, Player Stats, and Conference Standings.

4. Selecting Team Schedules lets you track a specific team.
5. Selecting Settings lets you:
1. Select the teams you want to follow.
2. Preset whether you want to see scores before you start watching a game.
3. Select you want the ticker on the screen.
4. Access Help and Options to change controller or Kinect settings.

3. To unlock the content and begin watching, you must first sign in by using your NBA League Pass account.
4. Select something that you want to watch, and then select Play.

1. When you start the NBA Game Time app, before you sign in, you see an NBA League Pass tile in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. If you have not purchased an NBA League Pass, go to www.nba.com/xbox to sign up and buy your NBA League Pass.
3. If you have already created an account and purchased an NBA League Pass, follow these steps to sign in and enjoy NBA League Pass content:
1. Enter your email address and password.
2. Select Sign In.

Important To resolve any issues with your NBA League Pass, you must contact NBA Game Time by sending an email to xboxgtsupport@turner.com or by phoning NBA League Pass Support at (888) 622-0178.

If you use Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched through Xbox LIVE, the NBA Game Time app will follow these settings. For example, if you prohibit TV-MA-rated TV shows from being watched on your console, those programs appear in the NBA Game Time app with a "restricted video" icon. To play a locked item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
