|
|
Note The default is keep me signed in. If you do not uncheck this box, the app is activated, and you will not be prompted again.
Note If you don't see the content you expect, verify that the SkyDrive program that you use on your phone or computer is using the same Microsoft account that you used to create your gamertag and Xbox LIVE accounts. You must use the same Microsoft account to view your content on all of your devices.
To view the photos and videos on your SkyDrive from your Xbox, you need to use the same Microsoft account for SkyDrive and Xbox. We recommend having only one account per person so that all your content, contacts, security info, and billing info is in one place. You have a couple options:
Move your Xbox gamertag to the Microsoft account that you use for SkyDrive. For information about how to do this, see the “Can I switch my gamertag to a different Microsoft account?” section of the Questions about a Microsoft account or a gamertag page.
Move your SkyDrive content to the Microsoft account that is connected to your Xbox. The fastest way to do this is by using the SkyDrive desktop app to unlink your account.
Note You must be using a Windows 8-based computer or a Windows RT-based computer to download and install the SkyDrive desktop application.
To move your SkyDrive content to the Microsoft account that is connected to your Xbox, follow these steps:
Note If you sign in to a Windows 8-based computer using a Microsoft account, you can't unlink the Microsoft account using that computer.
Unlink the account that you use with SkyDrive. To do this, right-click the SkyDrive icon in the notification area at the far right of the taskbar and click Settings. Then, on the Settings tab, click Unlink SkyDrive.
After you unlink your account, move the SkyDrive folder on your computer to a different file system location.
Restart SkyDrive and sign in with the account you use with your Xbox. You'll need to select the location for your SkyDrive folder again.
Copy the content from the SkyDrive folder you moved to the new SkyDrive folder that was created.
