  • Slacker is not currently available in your region.

This application is not available in your location. Your Xbox must be set to a supported country's region, and you must have an IP address range from within that country.

For more information about how to change your console locale see Change your Xbox 360 console settings.

Account errors

  • Your Slacker account is currently being used in another location. Choose 'Retry' to continue listening, or 'Exit' to keep listening at the other location.

Slacker Radio accounts can stream content to only one device at a time per account. To play content on your console, you have to stop streaming to the other device.

If you are not streaming content to a second device, and you still receive this error message, please contact Slacker Radio. Send an email message or go to their support site.
