Set up the UVideos app on Xbox

To use the UVideos app, you need:

• An Xbox LIVE Gold membership
• At least 116 megabytes (MB) of available space
• A free Univision account

Sign up in English or Spanish. You can integrate your new Univision account with your existing Facebook or Twitter account.

1. On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. (Xbox LIVE Gold Membership is required.)
2. Go to Apps and select Browse Apps.
3. Browse for UVideos.
4. Select UVideos to download and install the app. After the download, the app automatically starts.
5. Select English or Español.
6. Browse through the catalog to view details about the available content.

To start the UVideos app later, go to TV & Movies, My Video Apps, and then UVideos.

1. Go to TV & Movies, My Video Apps, and then UVideos.
2. Select English or Español.
3. You will be prompted to associate your Xbox 360 console and Xbox LIVE gamertag to your Univision account.
4. From the Featured hub, you can:
   • Watch any of the featured programs displayed in the center of the hub.
   • Browse My Watchlist, Most Popular, Most Liked, or Suggestions. 
5. For more choices, navigate to Shows, Novelas, News, Sports, or More. Or, use the Search hub to find your favorite shows.
6. Choose what you want to watch, and then select Play.

1. When you start the UVideos app from your Xbox 360 console, you'll be prompted to sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag and password. When you select something to watch, the “activate UVideos on Xbox 360” page is displayed. You'll see instructions and an 11-character activation code.
2. On your computer, go to the Uvideos Xbox 360 activation page.

   a. In the Activation Code window, enter the 11-character activation code noted in step 2 and select Activate.

   b. You'll be prompted to sign in using your Facebook, Twitter, or Univision account or to create a new Univision account.

   c. Click to accept the Terms of Use.

3. On the Dashboard, select Activate.
4. Select OK.

Once you've signed in to your Univision account, you won't be prompted to sign in again unless you sign out from within the UVideos app on your console.

Change the language setting

1. Select Language Settings.
2. Select English or Español.

Change the closed captions setting

1. Select Language Settings.
2. Select None, English, or Español.

If you use Family Settings to control the movies and TV shows that can be watched through your console, the UVideos app will follow these settings. For example, if you prohibit watching of TV-MA-rated TV shows on your console, those programs will be marked with a "Restricted Video" icon in the UVideos app. To play a locked item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
