If you see error message “Sign in to preview or play this” or “Can't play. To preview or play this content, sign in” when you’re using Windows 8 apps, it means you may not have permission to access the content. You may also be trying to access the content from a child account that doesn’t have access to explicit content. Windows Store content that's marked as explicit isn't available to anyone with a child account, unless allowed by the parent account in Family Settings. Sometimes this error is represented by the code x0c00d1354 or c00d1354.
