If you see the error “Can't play. You must be at least 18 years old to preview or play this content” when you’re using Windows 8 apps, it’s means you may be trying to access the content from a child account that doesn’t have access to explicit content. Windows Store content that's marked as explicit isn't available to anyone with a child account, unless allowed by the parent account in Family Settings. Sometimes this error is represented by the code x0c00d1355 or c00d1355.
If this is a child account, you will not be able to access the content.
