You see one of the following error codes and message when you use an Xbox on Windows app:
c00d1355
x0c00d1355
Can't play. You must be at least 18 years old to preview or play this content
This means that you may be trying to access the content from a child account that doesn’t have access to explicit content.
Note Windows Store content that's marked as explicit isn't available to anyone with a child account unless allowed by the parent account in Family Settings.
Make sure you’re signed in to an account with the right permission level. Verify that you’re signed in to your own account. If you keep getting the error, check the permissions level on your account. If it’s a child account, you will not be able to access the content.
To learn more about family settings and child accounts and how to set content control settings, see Xbox LIVE and Zune online safety and privacy.
If you continue to experiencing the error, contact Xbox Support by clicking the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page.
