If you see a "service is unavailable" message while running the Xfinity app on your Xbox 360 console, it means the app can’t connect with the Xfinity TV Service.
These are the various error messages and codes that can accompany an Xfinity “service is unavailable” error:
Error message: “Currently the service is unavailable.”
Error message: “Service is unavailable, please call.”
If you receive a “Currently the service is unavailable” error message (902 or 904), go to xfinity.com for more information or call the Xfinity Support Line at 1-877-599-1846.
If you receive a “Service is unavailable, please call” error message (905), call the Xfinity Support Line at 1-877-599-1846.
