Set up the Xfinity app

To watch the Comcast Xfinity On Demand app on your console, you need the following:

• An Xfinity Digital Video and Xfinity Internet subscription. This includes details of your Xfinity username and password.
• An Xbox LIVE Gold Membership.
• At least 100 megabytes (MB) of available storage space.

1. On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
3. Browse for Xfinity.
4. Select Xfinity to download and install the app.
5. As soon as it's downloaded, the Xfinity app automatically starts.
6. Sign in with your Xfinity username and password.

To start Xfinity On Demand later, go to TV and select Xfinity.

You can use Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched with the Xfinity app. For example, if your Family Settings prohibit R-rated movies and TV-MA shows from being watched on your console, this content will appear in the Xfinity app with a lock icon. To play a locked item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
