Check your Xbox LIVE billing and purchase history

Overview

You can see the history of items purchased on your Xbox LIVE account.

Note If you have a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, relevant details will appear in your billing history and your purchase history.

View charges on your Xbox LIVE account

  1. Go to https://billing.Microsoft.com and sign in using the Windows Live ID (email and password) that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account.

    Note If you don't know your Windows Live ID or password, see Manage your Windows Live ID.

  2. Under Your payment methods, click the payment type that you want to see the charges for (for example, a credit card).

  1. The charges for the current month are shown (for example, Microsoft Points and membership renewals). If you want to see charges from another month, change the Statement Period.

Print a list of the charges

If you want to print a list of the charges, click Show print view. A new window opens with the month's transactions and you can choose Print in your browser.

Charges not showing up?

Which Xbox LIVE account did you use to make the purchase? Make sure you sign in to the Microsoft Billing website with the Windows Live ID associated with the account that made the purchase. To find the Windows Live ID associated with your account, see Manage your Windows Live ID.

View your Xbox LIVE purchase history

If you want to see a history of items that you've purchased, go to Purchase History and sign in with your Windows Live ID (email address and password).

You can also view your Xbox LIVE purchase history on your console. Here's how:

  1. On your console, sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  2. Go to Settings, and then select Account.
  3. Select Download History.
  4. The items that you've downloaded are shown.
