You can copy and move content like saved games, profiles, and avatar items between different Xbox 360 storage devices. You can also delete content from a storage device. Here’s how.
Possible storage options:
Hard Drive: Your console’s hard drive.
Cloud Saved Games: Storage space on our Xbox LIVE servers. For information about this, see Store your saved games in the cloud.
USB Storage Device: A USB storage device plugged into your console.
Memory Unit: A memory unit plugged into your original Xbox 360 console.

The Transfer Content option enables you to move multiple items between storage devices.
If you’ve purchased a new console, you can use the Transfer Content option and the Xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Cable to move your Xbox 360 content to your new console. For more information about this, see How to use the Xbox 360 Transfer Cable.

Don’t have enough space?
If you don’t have enough space on the destination storage device, the Space Available bar changes to red, indicating that you need to reduce the amount of content you are transferring.
