Report incorrect information in the Xbox Music store

Overview

  • Incorrect rights (for example, you can preview but not purchase media content, or vice versa; or, you can download but not stream media content, or vice versa)
  • An incorrect release date
  • Problems with the movie review or artist biography
  • Tracks or albums that are assigned to the wrong artist
  • Missing tracks or confused track listings, such as a track order of 1, 3, 2, 5, 4
  • Missing episode or confused episode list, such as an episode order of 1, 2, 6, 4, 5
  • An incorrect Parental Advisory rating

How to submit a Microsoft Community forum post

Note If you want to post to Microsoft Community, you’ll need a Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID). If you don’t have one, first go to Microsoft account sign-up.

  1. Go to the Zune forums on Microsoft Community.
  2. At the top of the page, select Ask a question.
  3. Type your entry, and then click Ask.

    If this is your first time posting a question, you’ll have to sign in using your Microsoft account, create your display name, and then agree to the code of conduct.
