Listen to music and see music videos on Xbox 360 with Xbox Music

As an Xbox Music Pass subscriber, you will have access to the Xbox Music Cloud Locker Service, playlists, etc., that you create on your console. You can also access the Cloud Locker Services from a computer running Windows 8 or Windows RT, or from a Windows Phone.

You need an Xbox LIVE Gold (paid) Membership and an Xbox Music Pass (or Zune Music Pass) to play music or music videos on your console.

If you don’t have a Music Pass, you can still explore Xbox Music.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings and select System.
2. Select Storage, and then select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive or Memory Unit).
3. Select Games and Apps.
4. Scroll down to the Xbox Music app.
5. Select Y, and then select Delete.
6. Return to Xbox Home, go to Recent, and start the Xbox Music app again.

You can manage your Xbox Music account by selecting Account Management under My Music in the Xbox Music app on the Xbox console. You can also manage it with the Xbox Music app for Windows 8, the Zune software on your computer, or My Account on Xbox.com. You sign in using your Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID).

When trying to access Xbox Music from your Xbox console, you see "Xbox LIVE service is not available." Try the following:
