Closed captions let you read the words that are spoken in the audio part of a video or television show. When closed captioning is turned on, closed captions are usually displayed at the bottom of your TV screen, monitor, or other video-display device. Closed captions are usually used by people with hearing disabilities and also by viewers who would rather read than listen to the audio portion of a video.
This page explains how to turn on closed captions for Xbox Music or Xbox Video content that you're watching on your Xbox 360 console or on your computer.

Note If you enable closed captions on your Xbox 360 console, you'll see closed captions on all closed caption-enabled video content that you play on your console.
