If the A&E app doesn't respond, delete and reinstall it. Here's how:
If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support.
You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the A&E app.
Go to Service status to make sure that there’s no current issue with the service.
If there’s no current issue and you get this error when you try to start the A&E app or access content in the app, wait about a minute and then restart the app.
If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the A&E app.
If this didn’t resolve the problem, contact Xbox Support.
Note A&E is responsible for all support issues related to content in the A&E app. You can contact A&E by email at email@example.com.
If you get this error, wait about a minute and then try to access the item again.
If you continue to get the error, select something else to watch.
To notify A&E of the content error, send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
This error means that your Xbox 360 locale is not set to the United States, or there’s an issue with the content controls (also known as parental controls).
To resolve this error, first make sure your Xbox 360 region is set to the United States. For help, see Change your Xbox 360 settings.
If you continue to get this error even with your locale set to the United States, there may be an issue with the content controls. Try turning off the content controls, at least temporarily. Here’s how:

This error occurs if the TV provider account has been locked out, usually for 24 hours. Either wait 24 hours or contact your TV provider.
