FOX Animation Domination High-Def app help for Xbox 360

Overview

This article describes how to resolve problems with the FOX Animation Domination High-Def (ADHD) app on Xbox 360.

The FOX Animation Domination High-Def app doesn't respond

If the FOX Animation Domination High-Def app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here’s how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Xbox 360 Hard Drive).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to "FOX Animation Domination High-Def."
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
  8. Go to Browse Apps, and then select FOX Animation Domination High-Def.
  9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

If the problem isn’t resolved, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the FOX Animation Domination High-Def app.

Connectivity errors

  • Please try again later.
  • User has too many streams opened.

These errors occur if your TV provider account has been locked out, usually for 24 hours. Either wait until the 24-hour period has elapsed or contact your TV provider.

  • An attempt to connect to Fox Broadcasting has failed.
  • Please try again later.
  • Your activation code has expired. Select 'generate code' to receive a new activation code. After re-generating a code, visit http://xbox.fox.com/activate, enter the code below, and follow the instructions provided to activate your device.

There was an error in linking your FOX Animation Domination High-Def account with your Xbox gamertag. Check your credentials and retry the activation process.

If you continue to get the error message when you try to sign in, exit the app. Then, restart the app and sign in again.

Content errors

  • Item Unavailable
  • Sorry, the item you're interested in is no longer available.
  • The Application has encountered an unexpected error and will now exit.
  • The video is not loading properly.
  • We are attempting to reload the video now.
  • Sorry for the wait. If you want, you can keep waiting or go back to the previous screen.

If you get one of these error messages, wait about a minute and then try to access the content again.

If you continue to get the error, select a different piece of content to watch.

Availability errors

  • Sorry, the ADHD server isn’t available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.
  • The ADHD server is not available at this time.
  • Can’t connect to the ADHD Service. Error code: 0C01/8009/0304
  • Server Unavailable
  • An error has occurred within the application.

Go to the Server status page to check whether there’s a current issue with the service.

If there is no current issue and you get the error when you try to start the FOX Animation Domination High-Def app or access content in the app, wait about a minute and then restart the app.

If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the FOX Animation Domination High-Def (ADHD) app.

Social network errors

  • You are trying to share this content, but your social network privileges are disabled. In order to share, please enable your social network privileges by going to Xbox Live online account privileges.
  • Insufficient Privileges

Your Xbox Live social network sharing privileges are disabled. The Xbox 360 console and Xbox Live offer a wide array of family and online safety options for your console and Xbox Live accounts. To change your online safety and privacy settings, see Set parental controls for Xbox 360 and Xbox Live.

If you have a child account that is monitored and controlled by a parent, your parent must update your settings.

Account errors

· You must be signed in to Xbox Live to use ADHD.

To resolve this error, you must sign in with your Xbox Live Account.

Other errors

  • Your console Ratings system is not supported by the application. The application only supports US Ratings system. You can turn off content controls in Settings, Family.
  • Content Control Error

This means that either your locale is not set to the United States on your console or there’s an issue with the content controls (also known as parental controls).

To resolve this error, first make sure your console region is set to the United States. For help, see Change your Xbox 360 settings.

If you continue to get the error even with your locale set to the United States, there may be an issue with the content controls. To resolve the error, try turning off the content controls, at least temporarily. Here’s how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard on your console, select settings, and then select Family.
  2. Enter your pass code to continue.
  3. Set Content Controls to “Off.”
