This article describes how to resolve problems with the Fox News app on Xbox 360.
If the Fox News app is not functioning smoothly on your console, you may have a connectivity problem. See Issues with connection speed or disconnects.

If the Fox News app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here’s how:
If you keep getting this error, contact Xbox Support.
You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the Fox News app.
Connectivity and application errors
Go to the Service Status page to make sure that there isn’t an issue with the service provider.
If there is no issue and you receive this error message when you try to launch the Fox News app or content within the app, wait for approximately one minute. Then, try to launch the app again.
If you continue to receive this error, delete the Fox News app and reinstall it.
If this does not resolve your problem, contact Xbox Support.

If you continue to receive the error, return to the prior menu and select different piece of content to watch.
