Account errors

  • Your console Ratings system is not supported by the application. The application only supports US Ratings system. You can turn off content controls in Settings, Family.

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings, and then select Family.
  2. Enter your pass code to continue.
  3. Set Content Controls to Off.

For more information about content and parental controls, see Set parental controls for Xbox 360 and Xbox Live.

To notify FXNOW of the content error, send an email to user@fxnetworks.com.
