This article describes how to resolve problems with the GameTrailers app on Xbox 360.

You may get one of the following error messages when you use the GameTrailers app:
This error can occur if the content that you’re trying to watch has been removed. This error can also occur if there’s a temporary connection problem.

These errors can occur if there’s a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service or a temporary connection problem.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Go to the Service status page to check if there’s a current issue with the service provider.
- If there is no issue with the service provider and you get this error when you try to start the GameTrailers app, wait for about a minute and try again.
- If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the GameTrailers app.
- If these steps didn’t resolve your problem, use the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page to contact Xbox Support.
This error can occur because the GameTrailers app only uses the U.S. rating system. If you are in the U.S. region, make sure that your locale is set to United States. If you are outside the U.S. region, you’ll need to adjust your parental control settings for the GameTrailers app to function correctly.
