The Kinect Sesame Street TV app doesn't respond

Delete the Kinect Sesame Street TV app and download it again. Here's how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to "Kinect Sesame Street TV."
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
  8. Go to Browse Apps, and then select Kinect Sesame Street TV.
  9. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the Kinect Sesame Street TV app.

  • You have been returned to the Title Screen because your sign in status has changed.

If you get one of these errors, your console may have become disconnected from Xbox Live. First make sure that your gamertag is signed in. Here's how:

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button.
  2. You should see your gamertag. If you don't see it, when you select Home you'll see the Sign In option. Select that option, and then select your gamertag.
  3. If your gamertag is signed in but you are not connected, you will see Connect to Xbox Live as the second option after you select Home.
  4. Select Connect to Xbox Live.

If your console doesn't connect to Xbox Live, check Service status for current Kinect Sesame Street TV issues.

If there are no issues with the Kinect Sesame Street TV app, your connection might be too slow. To troubleshoot your connection, see the Xbox Live slow performance solution.

If these solutions don't resolve the error, contact Xbox Support.

This error may occur for one of the following reasons:

    • There's a temporary billing service problem on Xbox Live.
    • There's a problem that affects your Xbox Live account.

To resolve the problem, try the following:

      • Retry the purchase immediately. Some temporary problems in the billing service can be corrected by just again trying to make the purchase. If the previous purchase wasn't completed successfully, you won't be charged again.
      • Retry the purchase in 24 to 72 hours.
      • If the previous solutions don't resolve the error, contact Xbox Support to research any issues that may affect your account.
  • "Enumeration Failure" DebugOnly Warning: purchase history not found for some licenses - purchase behavior may not be correct. Affected Licenses = LicenseList.

Contact Xbox Support and make sure you have your error code available.

Storage errors

  • No Device Was Selected For Saving. We cannot save your progress if you do not select a device.
  • Storage Device Removed
    Your selected storage device has been removed. You will now be returned to the title screen.
  • Retry Download
    The last download failed with Disk Full. You might want to delete some content to make space.
  • Cannot save Photos & Videos Cannot save Photos & Videos to the device. Please select the Xbox 360 Hard Drive to save your Photos & Videos.

  • Unknown Photos & Video We have detected some unknown Photos & Videos. These may have been captured on a previous play. Would you like to restore them?

Select Yes to restore the corrupted images or videos.
