Solutions for problems watching Netflix on Xbox Live

Disconnect Netflix from your Xbox Live account

To use the Netflix app on your Xbox console, your Xbox Live gamertag must be associated with a Netflix account. If you want to disconnect your gamertag from its current Netflix account so that you can sign in under a different account, follow the instructions at support.netflix.com/en/node/181.

If you want to disconnect all gamertags from your Netflix account, also see support.netflix.com/en/node/18 for help.
