You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the NFL on Xbox 360 app.
To resolve the error, follow these steps:

To resolve this error you must be signed in with your Xbox Live Account.
There was an error in linking your NFL on Xbox 360 account with your Xbox gamertag. Check your credentials and retry the activation process.
If you continue to get the error, exit the app. Then, restart the app and try to sign in again.
If you get one of these errors, wait about a minute and then try to access the content again.
If you continue to get the error, select a different program to watch.
