Troubleshoot Sky Go on Xbox 360

Issues

Whilst playing Sky Go-content, problems arise

Please try the solutions under Optimize the Optimieren der Xbox Live-Geschwindigkeit.

Error messages are shown within the Sky Go-App.

If you receive error messages within the Sky Go-App, please check the SKY Go service status at the beginning of this page.

Restart the Sky Go-App, if no Sky Go-service issues are reported there.

If further problems arise within the Sky Go-App, you will receive further support on the SKY Go website.

The Sky Go-App does not react.

Delete the Sky Go-App and re-download.

This is how you delete the Sky Go-App

  1. Navigate on the console to settings and select System.
  2. Select Memory.
  3. Select place where the Sky Go-App is saved (e.g. the harddisc).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Select a Sky Go element and select delete. To confirm select yes.
  6. Repeat this for all Sky Go elements.

Then, please re-download the Sky Go-App.

This is how you download the Sky Go-App

  1. Sign in on the console to Xbox Live.
  2. Navigate to Apps, and select Browse Apps.
  3. Search for the Sky Go-App and select it.
  4. Select Confirm Download, to re-download and re-install the app.
