The UVideos app doesn't respond
If the UVideos app doesn’t respond to input, delete and reinstall the app . Here’s how:
From the Xbox Dashboard, go to
Settings and then System. Select
Storage. Select your primary storage device (most likely
Xbox 360 Hard Drive). Select
Games and Apps. Find and select any items that refer to
Delete. Return to the
Xbox Dashboard. Go to
Browse Apps, and then select UVideos. Select
Confirm Download to download and install the app.

If you get one of these error messages, go to
Service status to check if there’s a problem with Xbox Live or the UVideos app.
If there’s no problem and you get one of these errors when you try to start the UVideos app, wait about a minute and then try starting the app again.
If you still get an error, try
deleting and reinstalling the app.
If you continue to get one of these error messages, see

The Kinect sensor has been disconnected. Please reconnect the Kinect sensor in order to continue using Kinect gestures and voice commands; alternatively you can use the Xbox controller to continue navigating the application.
If you get this error message, it means that your Kinect sensor is disconnected from your Xbox 360 console. For help in reconnecting your Kinect, see Kinect for Windows.
If you still get the error, contact Xbox Support. Our console Ratings system is not supported by the application. The application only supports US Ratings system. You can turn off content controls in Settings, Family.
The current content is blocked because it is [Parental Advisory].
If you get one of these error messages, it means that your parental controls are set to block content that displays the "Parental Advisory" logo.
To unblock this content, you'll need to enter a PIN to enable playblack.
