If there are no problems and you get one of these errors when you try to start the WWE app, wait about a minute and try again.
If you get the error after restarting the app, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
If you continue to get one of these error messages, see try to improve your Xbox Live connection speed.
If none of these solutions work, use the “Contact us” link at the bottom of this page to contact Xbox Support.
If you get one of these error messages, the event has not yet started.
If the main tile states “Event Live NOW,” wait about a minute and try to start viewing the event again.
If that doesn't work and you continue to get the error log a support request with WWE.
To view an event through your Xbox 360 console in the WWE app, you must first purchase it at wwe.com in a browser on an Internet-enabled device, such as your Windows phone or trusted PC. You can’t purchase a event from within the WWE app itself.
If you purchased the event and continue to get the error message log a support request with WWE.
