Error 69-C00D36B4 occurs when you try to play a video on Xbox 360

Problem

You see the following error code when you use Xbox 360:

69-C00D36B4

This may mean that the format of the video isn’t supported by Xbox 360 or that one of the streams in the video file is corrupted.

Solutions

To avoid this problem, only play video formats that are supported by Xbox 360. To see what video formats are supported by Xbox 360, see the "Supported regions, formats, and discs" section of Play DVDs on your Xbox 360 console.
