Error 8C320008 occurs when trying to sign in to Xbox Live

You see the following error code and message when you use Xbox Live:

There’s a problem with Xbox Live. Please try again later
Status code: 8C320008.

This may mean that your account is locked for one of the following reasons:

  • Suspicious or fraudulent behavior
  • Incorrect or incomplete billing information

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Update your payment option. To update your Xbox Live payment options, see Add a payment option to your Xbox Live account.

Solution 2: Contact Xbox Support. If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support to determine why your Xbox Live account is locked.
