Connect a valid sensor to your console (C0051207) Make sure the sensor is plugged in correctly, and try again.
If you see this error message, try the following steps:

No green light? Try plugging the cable into another outlet to make sure the cable is working properly. If you need to replace the cable, contact Xbox Support.
