If you see one of these messages, it means the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test:
| Not enough light (809B1002) |
| Too much light (809B1003) |
| Body turned (809B1007) |
| No player detected (809B1008) |
| Head not detected (809B1009) |
| Too far left (809B1009) |
| Too far right (809B100D) |
| Lower body not detected (809B100E) |

When you see one of these error messages, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. Once you’ve made the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.
If you continue to see the error, make sure the sensor is positioned correctly and that you have good lighting.
