Extended Service Plan for Xbox 360 and Kinect sensor

The Microsoft Extended Service Plan lengthens the standard warranty period of your new Xbox 360 console or Kinect sensor. Depending on the plan you purchase, you can extend your warranty by up to two years. Microsoft designed the plan to give you all the protection you need for your console or Kinect sensor.

You’ll need:

• A Microsoft account (email and password).
• Your Microsoft account is the email address and password that you use to sign in to various Microsoft services such as Xbox LIVE (find out more). If you don’t have a Microsoft account, you can get one for free.
• Console or Kinect sensor serial number. How do I find this?

For a console or Kinect sensor to be eligible for an extended service plan, it must currently be under the standard warranty period.
