Can I get support for my original Xbox console?

As of April 2010, Xbox Support is no longer available to help you with problems related to the original Xbox console. You can ask other original Xbox owners for help on the Xbox Forums . However, Microsoft does not endorse the information you receive on the forums.

Can I play original Xbox games on an Xbox 360 console?

Can I transfer information from my original Xbox console to an Xbox 360 console?

No. Unfortunately, you can’t move information from your original Xbox console to an Xbox 360 console.

Should I consider buying an Xbox 360 console?
