Sign in with your Microsoft account email address and password.
Under Other, select Xbox 360 download history.
Select Xbox 360 Download Queue. The item at the top of the queue downloads first.
Do one of the following:
Select Remove to remove an item from the queue.
Select Move to Top to move the item to the top of the list.
Manage your queue on your console
Press the Guide button on the controller.
Go to Games & Apps.
Select Active Downloads.
The displayed items are in your download queue.
The status of an active download can be any of the following:
Pending: The item is currently waiting to be downloaded. An item may be pending if another item is downloading, or the console might not be connected to Xbox Live.
Downloading: The item is downloading now. A green bar shows the status of the download. You’ll see a notification in the Xbox Guide when the download is complete or when the download is interrupted or fails.
Paused: The item has stopped downloading temporarily. You might be playing an online game or using another Xbox Live feature. When you stop the other Xbox Live activity, the download resumes.
Stopped: A download stops if you cancel it. A download also stops if your console is disconnected from Xbox Live.
Video downloads are not resumed automatically. If a video download stops, you may need to start the download again.
If you canceled the download, try downloading the item again (if you still want it).
If the console is disconnected, reconnect to Xbox Live and download the item again.
Assigned to Another Console: The item is ready to download but will download to another Xbox 360 console.
Choose one of the following:
To remove an item: Select the item, and then select Cancel Download.
To change the download order: Select the item, and then select Download Now.
To download the item to the console you're currently using: Select the item and follow the instructions.
