Error 80151103 occurs when downloading your profile to your Xbox 360
You see one of the following error codes and messages when downloading your Xbox Live profile to your Xbox 360 console:
Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cannot be loaded right now. Please try again later.
Status code: 80151103.
Error: Can't connect to Live. The logon error code is 0x80151103
This may mean one of the following:
There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
There's a problem with the security information for your Microsoft account.
There's a problem with the Xbox Live profile that's stored on your Xbox 360 console.
To resolve the problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
Check for service alerts at Xbox Live status, or see if there’s an Xbox Live service alert at the top of this page. If there are any current service alerts, wait a while and then try again.
