If you’re having problems using Cloud Saved Games, find your problem in the list below.
This saved game was accessed from another console and has changes that haven’t been uploaded to the cloud. If you choose to use this saved game, you may lose recent changes to it.
This item is being used on another console. To access this item, sign in to the console you last played on and upload the item to the cloud.
The game save that you’re trying to use is in use on another Xbox 360 console. Since the last time you used your saved game, you accessed the game save from another console. This other console has a pending or interrupted cloud-save upload.
To solve this problem, you need to sign in to the console that is trying to update the game save so that the cloud save can be completed.
If you can’t sign in to the other console to complete the cloud save, you can contact Xbox Support using the Assistance information at the bottom of this page.
Items on another console are pending upload for this game or app. To use cloud storage, sign in to the console you last played on and upload the items to the cloud.

If you receive this message, it means there are two versions of a saved game available.
Can't enable cloud storage just yet. In Storage Devices, select your storage device and go to System Items, and delete the item “Cloud Storage Console Copy.” Then try again.

Sorry, only saved games can be uploaded to cloud storage. Move any items that aren't saved games to another device, or delete them.
Only game saves can be stored in the cloud. Other Xbox 360 content needs to be moved to a local storage device.
Sign out of your Xbox LIVE profile, and then sign back in. Now, see if the problem is fixed.
There is a game save stored in the cloud, but cloud save storage is not active on this console. To turn on cloud storage on this console:
A small number of Xbox 360 games do not support Cloud Saved Games at this time. We continually work with developers to support this feature. Until a game title update is released, please use a local storage device (for example, a hard drive or USB flash drive).
When you look at content on your Cloud Saved Games storage device, you can see the status of each game save.

| Pending Upload | Your console has a pending upload to Cloud Game Saves. You can check the status of an upload in Active Downloads. |
| Cloud Only | This game save is only available in cloud storage. Start the game title to sync the game save to your console. |
| Out of Sync | There is a conflict between a locally stored version of your game save and a version stored in the cloud. The next time you play this game, you’ll be prompted to select which game-save version you want to use. |
| Not Cloud Supported | Only game saves are supported by cloud-save games. Other Xbox 360 content needs to be moved to a local storage device. |
| In Sync | This game save is stored locally and in the cloud. The game saves are in sync and ready to use. |
| Offline | The owner of this game save is not signed in to Xbox LIVE. To see the status of this game save, sign in with the Xbox LIVE profile that created the save file. |
Game saves in the cloud requires 514 megabytes (MB) of local storage space to store saved games before they are uploaded to the cloud. You need to free up 514 MB of space on your Xbox 360 Hard Drive or USB storage device. For information on how to do this, see Copy, move, or delete content.
A Gold Xbox LIVE Membership is required in order to store game saves in the cloud (the Cloud Saved Games storage device). You can move saved games from the cloud to a local storage device regardless of your membership type (Free or Gold). For information on how to move content, see Copy, move, or delete content.

You need to be connected to Xbox LIVE to use cloud storage. Sign in and try again.

There was a problem transferring the file to your console due to a network timeout. This issue is usually related to service availability or file size and interrupts all pending Cloud Game Save transfers.
To resolve this error, try the following:
