Change your Xbox LIVE account information
Overview
You can change the name, address, phone number or email associated with your Xbox LIVE billing account. Here’s how.
Note If you want to change the credit card associated with your Xbox LIVE membership, please see Change your Xbox LIVE payment option.
Note You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have switched countries and want to access Xbox LIVE from your new location, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new region.
Computer steps: Change your account name, address, phone number or email

Go to Billing account information and sign in with the Microsoft account (email and password) that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account.
Note If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Manage your Microsoft account.
- Make changes to your billing account information and click Save.
