You see the following error code when you start an Xbox One game:
This may mean that the game didn't install correctly or has an update pending. This may also happen if the game was moved between storage devices or was launched while an update was being applied.

If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:
Solution 2: Check if the game has a pending update
If the game tile appears dimmed and displays a progress bar, it's getting an update. Wait until the process is complete. You’ll see a "*" icon in the upper-right corner of the game tile when the game has successfully updated.
Try to start the game again. If it doesn't start, try the next solution.
Solution 3: Restart your Xbox One console
Note If you’re unable to access the guide, or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart. Try to launch the game again.
Solution 4: Reinstall the game
Reinstalling the game will overwrite the game stored on your console and trigger an update, if one is required. Whether you installed from a disc or from the Xbox Store, you have to uninstall the previous installation first. To uninstall a game:
Then, reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Xbox Store. To download the game again, search for the game in the Store, select the game, and then select Install.
