You see the following error code and message when you use Xbox LIVE:

Status code: 8C320008.
This may mean that your account is locked for one of the following reasons:

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Contact your bank or financial institution
The Xbox Live purchase might have failed because:
Contact your credit or debit card company or bank and make sure that the card you’re using was activated, has available funds and the transaction is not being blocked for some reason.
Solution 2: Change your Xbox Live payment option and transfer your balance
This error can indicate that you have an expired credit or debit card, or an outstanding balance on your Microsoft account. To add a new card and transfer any balance, follow the steps at How to change your Xbox Live payment option and transfer your balance.
Solution 3: Contact Xbox Support
If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support to determine why your Xbox Live account is locked.
