How to get your Xbox product repaired

Getting your Xbox 360 console or Kinect sensor repaired is easy. Send us your non-working Xbox product and we will repair it. If it’s still under warranty, we’ll repair it for free. Here’s how it works …

Step 1: Register your Xbox product (if you haven't already)

Step 2: Submit an online repair

Let us know what’s wrong with the product.

  • We’ll let you know if the product is in warranty.

    In-warranty repair: Free
    Out-of-warranty repair: 400 (ILS) plus tax (submitted online) or 500 (ILS) plus tax (submitted over the phone)

  • American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted

Check your warranty status (sign in with your Microsoft account if needed).

Time to complete: About 2 minutes

Step 3: Send us the product

Remove all accessories and put only the console or sensor in a shipping box.

  • Attach the provided shipping label to the box and send it to our service center.
  • You can check the repair status by going to Online Service Center.

Time to complete: About 4 to 6 days

Step 4: We service your product

Time to complete: About 6 to 8 days

Turnaround Time

Once our service center receives your product, it will be serviced and returned to you in approximately 12 to 18 days.

Post-service warranty

The length of the post-service warranty depends on whether your Xbox product is serviced while it is under warranty or not.

  • In-warranty service: If your Xbox 360 console is serviced within the original warranty period (free repair), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
  • Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox 360 console is serviced out of the original warranty period (paid repair), your serviced console will have a 90-day warranty.
