You see the following error message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live:
Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Please try again later.
Status Code 80151904
This may mean that there’s a problem with your profile.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Clear the system cache
Solution 2: Re-download your profile
Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.
Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile. Forgot your password? You can reset it.
Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile has downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign in to your profile.
Solution 3: Reset your Xbox 360 console
To reset your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:
Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, you can turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller.
