Use one of the following procedures to remove a payment option, such as a credit card, from your Xbox LIVE or Zune account.

Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership or Zune account. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership or Zune account, you will be prompted to add a new payment option.
If you don’t want to add another payment method, contact Support for help removing your payment method. Please have your gamertag or Microsoft account name and payment information available.
Use the following steps to add another payment option.
Note If you don’t want to add another payment method, you can contact Xbox Support or Zune Support for help or turn off auto-renewal. When you call, please have your gamertag or Microsoft Account and payment information available.
To switch between two or more payment options:
