Check your Xbox Live or Zune billing and purchase history

Overview

You can see the history of items purchased on your Microsoft account.

View charges on your Microsoft account

  1. Go to https://commerce.Microsoft.com and sign in using the Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID) email and password that is associated with your Microsoft account.
  2. Note If you don't know your Microsoft Account email or password, see Manage your Windows Live ID.

  3. After signing in, you are prompted for proof of identity. For more information about setting up proof of identity, see the Get help with your Microsoft account security proofs page.
  4. On Microsoft Account page, select the correct billing account from the top of the page and then click transactions. The charges for the current month are shown. To see charges from another month, change the View From and View To fields.
  5. Note Use the Subscription field to filter between Xbox Live and Zune purchases.

Print a list of the charges

If you want to print a list of the charges, click Show print view. A new window opens with the month's transactions and you can choose Print in your browser.

Charges not showing up?

Which Microsoft account did you use to make the purchase? Make sure that you sign in to the Microsoft account website with the Windows Live ID associated with the account that made the purchase. To find the Microsoft account associated with your account, see Manage your Windows Live ID.

View your Xbox Live purchase history

If you want to see a history of items that you've purchased, go transactions, set the View From field to an earlier date and then click Search.
